Years ago, the owners of Universal Management Ben Dick and Matt Powell started a real estate investment partnership purchasing, renovating and renting properties in different parts of the United States. This partnership still exists today and is continuing to purchase properties both locally and in other areas where the experience of managing these investments has built the foundation for managing other people’s properties in Oregon under Universal Management.
We named the company Universal because we wanted to provide the whole universe of services when it comes to researching, acquiring, renovating and managing property. We feel through our years of experience with our own investment properties and our own trials and tribulations of using other property managers in the beginning, we have the knowledge and investment fortitude to succeed with your investments. We are the bloodied investors who have been working in real estate for many years in many areas under changing market conditions and have a wealth of knowledge to help you achieve financial success.
